Working Papers
Working papers are pre-publication versions of academic articles, book chapters, or reviews. Working papers are used by academics at Â鶹Íø Business School to display their research output to the wider academic community. Colleagues can gain invaluable feedback on their research before submitting to peer-reviewed journals.
We run two working paper series:
- A School-wide series
- An Economic History series
The Â鶹Íø Business School Research Paper Series (QBS RPS) includes papers from across all our core research areas. Our research interprets patterns of economic, business, and social life in a manner that fosters new theories and ideas; engages in empirical research grounded in current practices; and develops suggestions for public policy as well as for institutional and organisational innovations. The core purpose of our series is to deepen understanding of how markets, business organizations, and social institutions evolve over time.
The QBS RPS combines previous working paper series (archived here) from across the disciplines of the School, and is edited by .
Queen’s University Centre for Economic History (QUCEH) is an interdisciplinary research centre based at Queen’s Business School. The Centre incorporates scholars from across the university and elsewhere working in the fields of economic, social, business and financial history. The QUCEH Working Paper Series disseminates the intellectual output of Research Associates, Research Affiliates and Research Students of the Centre.
Working papers are made available through , a RePEc-compatible Open Access server which provides a platform for the free distribution of academic literature in economics. The QUCEH Working Paper Series is edited by .
