Gráinne’s research interests lie at the intersection between human resource management, entrepreneurship, gender, and inclusion. Her research addresses pressing societal challenges associated with the digital transformation of work, workforce ageing, and the development of sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurial practices, areas that align closely with Queen’s 2030 Strategy priorities on responsible research, societal impact, and inclusive economic growth. Gráinne currently teaches Resourcing and Talent management and Responsible People Management.
