Students from the HRM Theory and Strategy module on the MSc Human Resource Management programme recently took part in an exciting consultation competition as part of their assessment. Their challenge was to research existing age management toolkits used in various organisations and industries, then create a tailored toolkit for Clanmil Housing Association.

The toolkits were reviewed by Clanmil Housing Association, and the team behind the best age diversity management toolkit and presentation received a certificate for their efforts on 27^th February 2025. The runners-up were also recognised with certificates for their impressive work.
