From Colombia’s Atrato River to Lough Neagh – An international roundtable on community struggles for the rights of nature – from principles to practice An international roundtable at the School of Law, Queens University Belfast with guests from Colombia’s Collegiate Body of Guardians of the Atrato River, the US-based Earth Law Council, the UK Lawyers for Nature, the Universities of Glasgow and Aberdeen and local advocates of rights for Lough Neagh and her catchment communities. Convened by Dr Peter Doran, QUB School of Law, and Professor Mo Hume, Glasgow University, this dialogue on the Rights of Nature will be chaired by the former Environment Minister, John Gormley.
