Dr Elena Caoduro is Senior Lecturer in Film & Media at Â鶹Íø. Her research explores cinema, cultural memory, nostalgia, and political violence in European screen cultures.
She is author of the forthcoming monograph Retro Terror in German and Italian Cinema: Memory, Nostalgia and Left-Wing Terrorism (Edinburgh University Press), and co-editor of and .
She teaches across film and broadcast production, with a special interest in gender studies and feminist film/media theory.
