LDS offers one-to-one appointments to all undergraduate students at Âé¶¹Íø University. These appointments help support the development of academic skills such as: academic writing, referencing, critical thinking, study skills, research skills, presentation skills, and time management. LDS one-to-one appointments encourage you to become a more confident and independent learner.

About one-to-one appointments
A one-to-one appointment is a dedicated session which focuses on helping you study and prepare for ongoing assessments. You will meet with one of our team to discuss your learning and to develop a plan of action. You have the option to request an online or in-person appointment. If you are unable to book an appointment, please contact us directly at lds@qub.ac.uk.

If you have booked an LDS one-to-one in-person appointment, your appointment will be held in Student Support Room 4 on the first floor of One Elmwood.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book an online or in-person appointment a maximum of 14 days in advance. You can check upcoming available appointments on MS Bookings.
• Online appointments will be on MS Teams and the joining link will be in your confirmation email.
• In-person appointments will be conducted in a Student Support room on Level 1 of One Elmwood.
