School of Biological SciencesIn my lab we work on a variety of topics at the interface of evolutionary biology and microbial ecology. We are particularly interested in: (1) antibiotic resistance evolution, (2) interactions in the microbiome, (3) the evolution of bacterial pathogens, and (4) the role of mobile genetic elements in shaping bacterial populations.
